This is another reminder for myself to never pay full price!! I paid $150 for that strap and it's in the 70% off bin  I bought most of the straps at 40-50%off, but my first few I just "had to have" and didn't wait for the sales. Now I know better because everything eventually goes on sale.

I called Coach CS and they said they have that strap in stock and told me $150, too. But I'm not sure what MSRP was to calculate 60% off. None of the outlets near me have it so I'm jealous! @katev - do you know if this outlet does the thing where they send stuff to you?

Is this the strap you are looking for? I found it on the wayback machine for $150 retail. It was in a 70% off bin so it would be $45.

My outlet is closed today due to terrible weather so you can't call them today, but in general they don't do charge sends - they usually don't have any trouble selling out their stock to in-person customers. On rare occasions I have known them to make an exception, but no guarantees.

You might try calling them tomorrow with the style number and ask. There may be a processing charge if they do agree to send it to you. Good luck!

I made it to the outlet unexpectedly today. Got to see the Rogues. They had a navy which I believe is called midnight , black and grey. It looks like these are the versions that some of us thougt were transferred from other sites.
I wasn't able to take photos, but the styles are somewhat different. The black hasblack pebble exterior with yellow stitching and yellow suede interior. The grey is grey on the outside with oxblood leather, not suede interior. I think the navy is the same as the black but I didn't look at it as closely. All had patches with F indicating factory, but they are not factory leather or materials. The straps are not adjustable.

The grey has chains at the bottom of the steps, gunmetal hardware. The black and navy are full leather. They were 595 less 50% but the manager said there is an event coming up on the 10th of February with an extra discount so I am waiting for that. The grey and the black together at the event will be $400 something. $445 ish I think.

Won't your outlet do a found order for you? My experience with finding outlet items that are not in your store is they need you to be in person to do the transaction and won't do it on the phone. But there always seems to be exceptions so good luck!

As far as I know, no. A few months ago I had tried to order a bag on coach.com using a merchandise credit, Coach said they ran out of stock and could not pull one from the warehouse because I used a merchandise credit. So I was already annoyed. They gave me the stores where the bag was still in stock and said my local store could order it for me, as they could not do merchandise credit unless the purchase was associated with one store. So I drove there gave them the store info and they claim they can only do it for local stores (maybe 1-2 more besides them) where the bag was not in stock. They told me I call could the store where it was in stock and have them send it to me, which I did in the store. And guess what now the only store that has the bag in stock is a Macy's in NYC that of course doesn't accept Coach merchandise credit. On top of that, it took two full weeks for me to get a replacement merchandise credit in the mail. I was so annoyed after the whole ordeal I refused to give them more of my money. But on the brightside, because I still wanted to use the merchandise credit, I ended getting a near perfect 1941 turnlock saddle on FOS that I may not have been looking at if I had not had the merchandise credit left. And btw the only reason I had a credit to begin with is that Coach can't do a refund if you use PayPal or spend money sending all the stuff back to JAX.

Sorry long rant. The nearest outlet to me is an hr away and they don't have any of the strap in stock in the state. Last time I went there I asked about a delete bag and after waiting 30 minutes the SA finally came back and said they didn't have it. I guess I haven't explicitly tried but based on my experiences thus far, I'm thinking they don't do it.

Sorry for the ordeal! I never use paypal to buy Coach items FOS, always a credit card because then I can return it to the outlet without a lot of hassle.

Paypal is a pain with Coach. The FP and outlet sites used to not let me use my debit/credit card directly and I was forced to use Paypal which I hated to do. The retail CS line would tell me I can always call them and place the order on the phone but then I can't take advantage of the cashback sites. Then it started to work where I could use my debit/credit card but now it doesn't work any more! Do you think they see how much you buy via a cashback site and then change your settings so you can't use the cashback site and either go direct thru CS or Paypal? The Great Coach Conspiracy theory continues.....

Gee, I don't know! I think @whateve is more familiar with the cashback sites so perhaps she will have some suggestions.

@katev - yes, I learned the hard way with PayPal. I did it so I could submit my FOS order quickly before some things sold out. It's really mind boggling to me some of the technical issues Coach has considering it's one of the top selling handbag companies (especially now that it and Kate Spade are under Tapestry). But I guess you know you love a bag company when you accept the good with the bad and continue to buy their stuff, lol :P :hbeat:

@Bagmedic - I guess I'm not 100% sure how the cash back site works but wouldn't Coach only benefit from you using one since it makes you more inclined to make purchases? Like how credit card companies offer cash back...people tend to spend more.

That would be so sneaky if so though! Cause if you use PayPal and want to return you either accept a merchandise credit (and Coach gets their money no matter what), you keep the bag cause you don't want the hassle of mailing it back (and they keep money) or you spend money mailing it back. So there's a greater chance of them keeping money as opposed to you returning the item...hmmm....

Yes. If you pay with PP they can only give a credit
