This is the second time that they've offered a tiered coupon and I haven't gotten it, and I am getting pretty ticked off about it! I've spent a lot of money with Coach for years and I deserve to share in any little perks that they are offering!

Is the coupon one time only? Does it say that it cannot be transferred and used by someone else?
