The Disney Springs store wouldn't even stamp a tag for me that I wanted to purchase when I went there. They said I was required to make an additional leather purchase. I was not in the market for anything else - I already owned about half of the Minnie items they had in stock - so I just walked out, extremely disappointed (and honestly, annoyed, since this wasn't the policy at other Coach stores.)

Oh wow, that stinks, I'm sorry! I know in Las Vegas I got a few of the skyline hangtags done w/o a purchase, but then when DH went in to get me one, they questioned him as to whether or not he made a purchase. He ended up getting the one he wanted for me, but he said they weren't very willing to make it happen. Maybe with Disney licensing it's a whole other animal? And then I'm curious if you were to buy another leather good, get a separate hangtag stamped, what stops you from returning the original leather good? Coach never makes sense!
Yes, in NY I was able to get a skyline without a purchase... but as I was waiting for the embossing I ended up buying a few trinkets. As for a purchase/return I know! I had thought of that as I was leaving, but was honestly too put off to bother.
I went in to get a gift for my sister in law today and it was INSANITY. Woman loaded down with six purses around their necks, grabbing things from people and jumping lines. I asked a manager if I could come back with a receipt and get a monogrammed hang tag given how busy they are and she said I was the first reasonable person she had encountered all shift and did it right there for me.

WOW! Maybe they changed their policy now. I went to Disney springs with all my hangtags from my Disney coach. I was wearing my outlet coach rose minnie tee, my Minnie Mouse polka dot sneakers and my Mickey outlet black patches charlie with bandana backpack. They were impressed at all my coach wear and said I was like a walking add lol. They were very nice and friendly and when I gave them my hangtags they were happy to monogram with a Mickey head. The only thing they did not stamp was the Minnie outlet hangtags I brought but the backpack I was wearing they said they’d stamp that because it was something they carried at their store. They stamped all my Minnie rogue tags, Mickey retail tags and were even happy to show me all the color choices. It was a nice experience. Sad they don’t do this anymore if that’s true. Maybe call before you go and check.
I was wearing the same Coach Minnie tee as well! Lol. Along with a Dark Fairytale bag and some Coach / Disney accessories, just having come from the parks. My mom was carrying a regular leather Coach bag. Not that I'm saying anyone should judge a potential client based on what they're wearing or carrying - they absolutely shouldn't - but it was clear that I had obviously purchased plenty of Coach merch before. I must've gone on a bad day... but they weren't particularly crowded. There wasn't even anyone in line for monogramming. If they were swamped, I get it. But I was willing to plunk down $ for a blank tag to be monogrammed. Why turn down money and irritate a loyal customer? Makes no sense, but I guess that's Coach.
Coach is crazy but I like their products and I keep purchasing the products today the sales associate called me and said that the full price bags were 70% off then 15% off I’ll post my receipt when I get home. Booooom! Worth the craziness and the wait
Today, I went to the store nearest me and was able to purchase several bags at the new discount before the re-sellers made it there. I'll post pictures soon. Something I purchased in the store and some items I ordered for delivery. I'm going to take a break for a long time now.

I reallllllly wish I had an outlet near me. I've been wanting the dark turquoise whipstitch rogue. I'm surprised they didn't put a real reserve section on FOS for this weekend. Instead they just put up a few things without advertising it, but at least I snagged the snow white rogue 25.
