Anyone's guess! The last found order I placed was a bit of a disappointment but learning not to get too upset about
Coach and their games. I placed a found order for 8 items and 3 wound up being cancelled. The biggest disappointment was I ordered the Wild Beast haircalf rogue and it went thru. The next day the SA called to let me know it bounced back and she was able to place it using the "F" in front of the number which is what I thought she did the previous day. The next day the order was cancelled again.
I called an Ambassador and he said there were some available and the store has to pull it in to their inventory since they didn't have one in their store and any store that had it was in Canada. I placed a found order through another outlet and they told me there were 300 in the warehouse! So why won't my order go thru?
We placed the order again and it went thru. The last two days it has shown as processing. I called an Ambassador this afternoon and she said she saw my order was cancelled but she could sell me one. She said the store cancelled it. I mentioned that the status on my account shows "processing" and she may be looking at the other order. She said yes, she was. She looked at the other order and put me on hold. She came back and said that order was being processed today and a label was being created and would ship out on Friday.
I looked again later to see if a tracking number was assigned and now it said cancelled! Why would she tell me it was being sent out tomorrow? And if she could have sold me one for that same price (70% off), would it have gone thru and actually ship???
I just called the Ambassadors again and they said yes it was cancelled and there was no available inventory. I told her there were 300 when the outlet looked! She said maybe they were for Saks or other retailers. They obviously don't know their product because that bag has been out of retail circulation for quite some time AND was at outlet about a year or so ago! So I know it went to outlet!
I just called to have the outlet process my refund so I can maybe get my money back for the weekend to do other things with it. She said the warehouse has had some changes going on and things seem to be a little messed up. So maybe once things settle down I'll try again. If there are 300, I don't think they are going anywhere soon unless they pop up on an online sale out of the blue!
Coach....you drive us crazy!!! Dang it! Leopard is back in for fall, too!
