Pedal Faster Suzy looks like the same color with a shimmer finish rather than a pearl finish. I really can't think of a pink pearl polish, except maybe Cuccio Colour Veneer in Parisian Pastel? I'm just afraid it might also be a shimmer.

It looks like it would be the same color but really its not. I tried PFS on a nail next to APN in regular polish. Guess I'll just have to do a gel sandwich. :)

Hi all.

Just wondering how OPI gelcolor Princesses Rule compares to OPI Gelcolor Pedal Faster Suzi.

Also, just for reference, how similar is the base color to OPI Gelcolor I Theodora You? Any comparison swatches would be appreciated.

I don't have I Theodora You but do have Princess Rule and Pedal Faster Suzi. If you go back about 4 posts, you'll see a color wheel swatch that I did. I also posted on the OPI Gelcolor Swatch Only thread. They aren't the greatest pictures but it may give you some idea. I haven't worn them yet so it's hard to to say but from my swatches, Princess Rule a lighter pink where Pedal Faster Suzi is a little brighter with more opacity, though it's still a shimmer. I'm not sure if that makes any sense but hope it helps.

Thanks so much. I didn't realize that Princesses Rule was in that grouping, but now I see the labels. They both look pretty. Does either one have more shimmer than the other?

No problem! I need to get some individual sticks so I can swatch properly. I agree, they are both pretty. Personally, I would probably use Princess Rule for a shimmery french and use Pedal Faster Suzi for regular color but we'll see. They are both pretty shimmery.

OPI's new San Francisco collection has a US release date of August 7. Here is a list of the GelColors that will be released later from the collection:

A Piers to be Tan
Dining al Frisco
Peace, Love, and OPI (purple/teal duochrome)
Keeping Suzy at Bay
I Knead Sour Dough
Muir Muir on the Wall

Lol, yes, many colors stain. It doesn't last but it's annoying if you want to use a sheer polish afterwards. It will all be gone after your next soak off as long as you use a color that you know is not a stainer.

Any more info on this? How'd you find this info? Not that I need more but would love to follow and possibly add to my wish list.
