I have a question about refunds. I had to send a bracelet back because of sizing and the SA mentioned that sometimes they don't accept it back if there are scratches? Do you have any experience with this?

I sent my small love and had no issues getting a refund. I was just very careful handling it as to not add scratches.
I prefer purchase at the boutique, online certificates say online boutique and they don’t give you as many extra items to take care of your jewelry compared to what the SA gives you at the boutique!
Not a love, but I purchased a chain online and the certificate has the e-boutique on it.
In retrospect, I would purchase I store if I can, but it was just a chain so not a big deal.
I kind of like how the certificates have the stores on it, kind of like a passport stamp lol. It’s a nice souvenir if you travel and buy something!

Hello all. Curious about those who have ordered their Cartier pieces during Covid. Did it take longer to deliver? Their website also says no gift wrapping available during Covid could anyone elaborate what was not included (just the white wrap with wax seal? Shopping bag?)

Yes, my order arrived in 7 calendar days instead of the usual 1 biz day. The gift wrapping that was "missing" was the write wrap with wax seal. The package came with packing paper, outer box, jewelry box, shopping bag, Cartier receipt and sealed Cert of Authenticity. It also came with pre-paid return label, but do call them beforehand for a return authorization number. Only other issue is that refunds are taking 3-4 weeks, so that's what i'm waiting for...
Mine took 2 weeks to arrive. 1 week delay shipping and 1 week delay from UPS.
No white paper and wax seal, came with a red shopping bag instead. Everything else was normal.

I ordered online at the end of April and my package took 3 business days as well. I received what most responses above stated they received minus the white wrapping with the wax seal (which initially I was shocked about but someone pointed it out that their website stated they would not include it during these times).
What security tag are you referring to? I think I noticed that little red Cartier tag either missing or not on the bracelet itself but just in the Cartier red box. I noticed it was different from my previous purchase, but I was not too worried about it because I know it's authentic.
My only gripe is that I emailed them shortly after for a cleaning kit and travel pouch and never got a response back from them, but I understand this lack of special care is due to the current times. I'll just email again or pick it up in store sometime in the future.

Do the rings have security tags also? This was my first purchase and my 3-diamond love ring did not have any security tags either.
Some boutiques are offering curbside pickup now or can ship to your home. I made my first ever Cartier purchase this week by calling my local boutique. I received the item by next day shipping, with gift wrap, boutique bag, a cleaning kit, and a travel pouch.

It is now officially 4 weeks and 4 calendar days since my returned package had arrived at Cartier. As of today, June 8, I got an email from Cartier confirming my return (after I sent them a query this past weekend) but no refund yet... Still waiting....
