Oh that is quite annoying. If you every get the chance to go into the store, remember to get a SA’s business card. They are much more prompt in resolving your issues. My SA wrote the wrong serial number on the certificate. Customer service said that I had to go back to the store to resolve the issue. So I tried looking for the SA’s email and spoke to him. He said he will mail the correct one to me.
I hope you get a cleaning kit. With the amount that we are spending, it should come the purchase automatically.
