Online Order

I have ordered both online and from another state. The difference is that online you can get a refund. If you buy from a store directly is a store credit. Also, if they don't have it online you can call their 1800 number and they can transfer the item from a store and mail it to you. It takes about a week or two but the advantage is you can always return it for a refund instead of a store credit.

Hello,

I plan on buying a Love Band from the eBoutique, but I wanted to know if I can get a travel pouch from an online purchase? I don't live close to a store, so I have to purchase my first piece online.

TIA!!!!

If you place the order of the phone you can ask them to include one for you. Also ask for a cleaning kit.

Made my first purchase from Cartier.com Why does it take so long to receive an online order? 2 weeks and still no shipping confirmation or any status update. I could have easily drove an hour to my local store had I known it would be so long :(

rant over.

I've never placed an order with Cartier online but two weeks is excessive and I'd be annoyed as well. Merchants usually don't charge a credit card until the order ships. Maybe call your bank to find out if and when
Cartier charged your card or if they have placed a hold on the amount of the purchase.

I've never done Cartier online either. What a horror story. There must be something wrong with your order, please call in customer service and find out. Check with your credit card company too. Good luck.

You can always cancel your order, right? And go into a physical store. That'll save you this headache.

Definitely call. I have place three order online and they arrived in 3 days. You can choose 2-day shipping & its free. Customer service is very friendly! I do online because I don't have a boutique where I live & no sales tax!!

Hi and thank you! I did call and was told the Love ring I ordered was a special order?? Just a plain Love in white gold so no idea why this is a SO? It is supposed to arrive tomorrow so we will see.

395D691F-BDE0-4769-A183-E7BAB4CB0668.jpeg Hi everyone! I‘d like to present me a YG Love bracelet from my mom and ordered for my 15cm wrist size 17. I’m sure it‘s too big. What do you think? Another point that disturbs me is that I’ve got nothing else with this order. Even a cleaning kit was not included. Should I ask for it? I don’t have a boutique in my city (that’s why I mainly order online) to just go and get it. So I thought to call them. Any experience? The third thing I am thinking about is if I should get the LOVE now. When I was looking at it, my DH offered to me to make LOVE present next year for our anniversary and that’s really fulfills the meaning of Love and is very romantic. I don’t want to get two LOVE bracelets one after another and am thinking about other options. I like about Love, that I can wear it 24/7 and it’s safe for my child. I like JUC, but am afraid it’s too sharp. Maybe Ecru is ok. But I don’t know how I can open and close it. I also looked on VCA, but everything seems too delicate. And i don‘t want to spend more than 7K€. Another option can be get Love 16 now and then think about anniversary present... who knows - maybe a tennis bracelet is also romantic ... But this year I really want a gold bracelet.
I appreciate any answers, suggestions and comments

I think size 17 looks good on you (you have a very pretty arm btw :amuse:). I have size 16 and the fit looks the same on me. I could turn the bracelet around my arm if I wanted to (to even out the scratches), which is great because you don't have to unscrew and re-screw the bracelet yourself and risk doing it incorrectly and having the bracelet fall off. But if you think you will enjoy size 16 more then you should be able to exchange it at the boutique.

Also, I read that the cleaning kit and travel pouch are supposed to be given after servicing, but some SAs include them with first time purchases to improve the experience for their customers, which is why you didn't receive it with your online order. But again, you should be able to ask for them at the boutique.

As for whether you should wait to receive the bracelet from your DH, I think the bracelet from your mom represents a different kind of love? Maybe it's because I received mine from my parents after a successful internship, but I think your love bracelet will have a special meaning whether it comes from your mom or your DH. And this forum has endless suggestions if you're in search of an anniversary present ;)!

Thank you for your reply (and the compliment - I’m suffering to be unable to make a proper manicure and your words made my mood!)
It turns from itself when I rise my hand. Another thing is - that I’ll use the bracelet on my “working“ arm. What about you? Would it bother you to have a bit more scratches or not?
Do you know what kind of Cartier Services are free of charge? It’s my first Cartier purchase and it’s always good to know. For instance - engraving / cleaning / polishing / repair etc.?
Yes, it should represent another type of love - I gave a birth few months ago.
And sure there are a lot of options for the anniversary present, but mainly it’s not kids friendly (I avoid to wear sharp things and afraid to wear delicate jewelry).

Exchange for a 16, and you will be happy. You are going to bang up the bracelet with it going down onto your palm like that. Let your DH get you a matching love ring. And cleaning kits are not included with every purchase. You have to ask for one usually.
Thank you for your reply. That’s nice idea to get a love ring! It would be nice to have it too. However I have more rings than I can wear (I wear three daily and the my forth favorite from time to time). From the practical reasons a necklace or another bracelet would work better for me.
I’m wondering if and how could I ask for it per phone. If I should compare it to the shopping in the boutique... it’s really pity they didn’t gave me some nice extras I hear people getting and I’m not... and it’s so sad that this fact bothers me and I can’t enjoy the purchase as much as I wanted to
