I have ordered 9 items from their online store, and have never had any problems. Unfortunately, I live in a state that doesn't have a Cartier boutique, so I have to order online. But thankfully, I haven't had any problems. Everything was flawless! Even packaging.

There is no Cartier near me so I have ordered online for years, I have had to send two items back, a love cuff in 2011 and JUC hoop earrings in 2021 both had become loose in the box during shipping and gotten scratched by the box closing mechanism. I was sent an exchange both times with no issues

I live in a country with no catier store and I would love the thin love ring. I was thinking of ordering online but read so many stories of bad experiences online. Is it worth taking the risk as other people's experiences are good but so afraid I will be sent wrong item and then customer service will say its scratched and won't refund like I have read about. Can you please advise. Thanks.

If you really love the ring, I do think it is worth taking a chance.

If you are really concerned, perhaps film yourself unboxing it so you have proof that you didn’t cause any damage in the event you need to return the creation.

I have ordered a majority of my Cartier pieces online and can honestly say that it has been totally safe and my pieces arrived with no issues.

Anyone have experience and know how long size exchanges take? I ordered a size 15 LOVE bracelet on Sunday, it arrived Tuesday, I took it out of the box and immediately knew it was too small (was shocked by this, my wrists are tiny lol), called customer service and had it back at FedEx within 45 mins of opening the package. It was delivered back today. How long should I expect the process take to have the size 16 back to me?
