Would like to ask if you would purchase a necklace with some light scratches? My SA sent me a photo of c de necklace, it’s the only one in the country. However, there are noticeable scratches :sad: is it worth going for ?
I personally wouldn't. You're already wasting money purchasing gold from a luxury house. Ask about the availability in different countries or contact Cartier online and see if they can locate one for you!
 
Hi, folks! I placed an online order on March 15; as of today, the status is still "confirmed" with no shipping information or updates. Is there usually a delay between order placement and shipment? It's my first online order from C, so I'm curious what to expect.

I placed an order using my husband’s account and the status didn’t change for two weeks even after I called. They just said it’s a popular item. I canceled that order and placed a new one that same day with my account and the bracelet shipped the next day. It was for the exact same item, same size. I thought that was strange but my husband hadn’t used his account in years so maybe it was low priority or flagged as suspicious.
 
Last year, I ordered my JUC online and everything went smoothly. It was beautifully wrapped, came with some perfume samples, etc, but was missing the travel pouch and cleaning kit. I replied to the Cartier order/invoice email and requested both items. I never heard back, so imagine my surprise when 9+ months later the travel pouch and cleaning kit arrived at my door. It was definitely a pleasant surprise. :lol:
 
Thanks again for the insight, folks! I did call them and was told that it could, indeed, take 3 to 4 weeks. What surprised me was that the item was showing up as in stock on the site. I decided to cancel my online order and wait till I can visit a store.

I placed an online order last week and it's still in the "processing" stage. Is this normal for Canada?
I called CS and was told they are operating on a 5-10 business day turnaround for orders online at the moment.
Alternatively, my SA ordered something for me that was not physically in store, and he told me the same 5-10 business days, so I wonder if everything is coming out of Switzerland to Canada at the moment :confused1:

OMG friends - worst experience I've ever had with Cartier - the e-boutique. No communciation, could not check order status online due to unresolved technical errors on their end - no follow up on delivery date for important time-sensitive item. Took seven different representatives over a month to get to a supervisor who was also relatively unhelpful and I ultimately cancelled the order. I was livid - I'm not sure what they think they are, but it's not Zales.
