I would like to buy it if there is an opportunity to try it in store (maybe a small trip?) only because I found it important to let the sales associate to get the right sizing for me and show me how to put it on and off.
Not even to mention the connection with the SA and she/he might be able to hunt for other pieces for you in the future. :)

I just ordered a love ring from the online boutique, and my heart literally stopped when I opened the box. THERE WAS NO RING. Well... not until I dismantled the box and found it UNDERNEATH the platform. Needless to say, the ring was pretty scuffed up. How is this even acceptable?!

Theres just no way it ended up there through the shipping process. Why on earth would someone think to place it there? Who do they even hire for this job?!

Welcome to Cartier online. After my experiences I'd avoid that whenever possible.

It's embarrassing, really! Especially for a "luxury" brand. I'm not one to expect and dwell over fancy wrapping, free gifts and cleaning kits. All I ask for is that my item arrive in one piece and properly packaged. Was it so hard for them to place the ring in the ring holder? It's almost like they hired a pack of monkeys to do the job

Thought I would share my first Cartier E Boutique shopping experience! In a word- flawless! I just ordered the RG 10dia Love bracelet on Saturday afternoon. It shipped Monday, and I received it Wednesday ( 2 day express shipping). The item was packed perfectly, the bracelet was flawless- and I did receive a travel pouch that I at first didn’t recognize! It was pushed up in to the lid of the bracelet box. At first I thought the screwdriver was missing, but it was placed inside the travel pouch. I imagine so as to protect the bracelet from being scratched if the screwdriver becomes loose in the box- great thinking- cause they do. The paperwork and certificate was all together in an envelope. I wanted to share my experience and hopefully put some fears at bay. I have never bought Cartier online- and was very anxious, and it worked out! I live in a state with no boutique and I had planned on this purchase this year for my December birthday- but I did not want to pay another price increase so I took the plunge. Good luck!

Congratulations on your new purchase. It’s nice to hear that the service was great.

I recently received the small Trinity ring for my birthday. My husband ordered online and I told him a size 51 as that is very close to my US true size. The ring arrived and it was beautifully packaged but too small. Warning for those reading the Cartier sizing instructions which tell you to size down for the Trinity rings. We called and got the return authorization code and received the new size in just over a week. The return was very easy. Be sure not to remove the tags attached to the ring if you are planning on returning. Overall a very good online order and return experience with Cartier!

For the trinity, I do need to size down. The trick is to make sure the 3 rings are arranged correctly, otherwise it would be much smaller than it should be.
