Nothing yet, unfortunately! It’s been 1 week since expected delivery date and I still don’t have a tracking number...

Cartier’s customer service has also been incredibly lacking. Their excuse is “it’s in the hands of the shipping company” but can’t even provide me with shipment whereabouts. I refuse to believe they would ship such expensive merchandise without having access to a tracking number...
I got my order today...exactly the delivery date that it said when I purchased the product...

Anyone have advice, I ordered Monday with expedited for delivery on 4/21. My order is still pending and all I get is a vague security clearance process email from them... Flying out tomorrow so would really need it by tomorrow.
 
Sorry to hijack but i've been having the same problem as @x.o.babydoll
Supposed to arrive today but the website changed from processing -> pending and all I get from Cartier is vague responses.
 
Just received my love ring this week, noticed it was package different from my other orders. Shopping bag looks different from the original Cartier shopping bag. Has anyone else noticed this with their recent orders?

yup noticed the same thing. The shopping bag handle strap is cheap now. The old one was a chord design with a gold stopper thing and now its just a dusty red handle. They send the order in a white box which is pretty cheap too. Like at least make it red to match your brand. The VCA box is superior.

Location: US. Placed an online order last night. Item was just shipped and expected to arrive next Monday. I never encountered any shipment issues.

I would like to make my first Cartier purchase for my 41st bday (JUC bracelet - thin - in yellow gold). The closest boutique is over three hours away and I live in a very snowy cold place! So I am thinking of doing an online order. I don’t mind losing out on the travel pouch, but other than that, does anyone have any good/bad experiences with ordering through the website?

Hi! Do you live in Canada by any chance? My order basically arrived 2 weeks after the expected date. There is a backlog at customs and if you’re unlucky it’ll take a while...
The online customer service is largely useless. It took multiple calls and vague answers before I was able to speak to a competent agent who could give me the specific answers I was looking for.
 
I just received my order today and can confirm the handles on the bag are made of a cheap-ish red rope. View attachment 5067790View attachment 5067791
The color doesn’t really even match the red of the bag!

Okay, I thought I was tripping when I realized the bag was different! It definitely looks cheaper. If my order didn’t come directly from Cartier, I would have been convinced the bag was fake :-s
 
Based in US. After 10 days’ waiting, finally I got an email reply from Cartier about my request for an exchange. I decided to keep what I ordered and instead requested a travel pouch for this order as well as several orders I placed last year (they promised three times to send me pouches). The lady assistanting me was very nice and promised to send all the pouches to me this time (put me on the waiting list for now, and ship the items once they are available). So will see.
