How funny! Sounds we were talking about a cancer patient. How weird also, We haven't heard about Duchess, Luvbolide, Hautecouturess, any other "lawyer" nor any other nasty people so prompt to jugde... Get a life ladies!!!

C, to be honest, I am not bothered to know the name of this consignment store. But for those living in NYC and will find themselves using a consignment store some time in their lives, that piece of information may be useful. Perhaps it should remain on a "need-to-know" basis for New Yorkers?? I think it's an important piece of information that needs to be go back to the moderators, Vlad and Megs *for them* to decide if they still wish to have the name of the store in the list.

Xiaoxiao, congratulations on emerging better than when you started.

I personally wouldn't consign with them, but I am just glad for xiaoxiao. She has an infant and is stressed. Having this resolved for her eliminates some of that stress in her life. Have a drink tonight, girl!

I am still unimpressed in the manner this was handled. None of my business and I won't think about it further, but it would give me pause if lived in NY and wished to sell a bag.

I forgot to mention, your little boy is so cute, xiao! He is at the cute baby stage, huh? I have 2 boys myself (ages 5 and 6) and remember that age so well! Enjoy him!

xiaoxiao - I am so glad that it worked out for you! You are a true lady!
Personally I think that if the owner had sat down with you to go over the fine points in the beginning, it might have saved you from a few extra gray hairs (when that time comes). :graucho: I would be ashamed to run a business so poorly.
But what really matters is that you are happy! :tup:

I think there are way too Manu scammers out there to be as trusting as I was. I was lucky this time that I dealt with this particular store. Next time it might be a different story. I think we all need little cynism in us.
