In Harrods!! I was chatting with my gf and her baby walking through and I spotted her and pounced... Like jackal. I thought I asked her casually but it may have come out accusingly.

To be honest, it wasn't my SA but the team let it go. It happened in a matter of 5 minutes - I could tell she was mortified when she came back on the phone. I was not happy.
