Thanks for sharing. When I hear of experiences like this, it makes it easy to spend my money elsewhere.While this brand might be great for quality and looks, the customer service is quite shocking. I went from really enthusiastic about the product to not wanting to have anything to do with the brand after interacting with sales at their Paris Flagship store online. All I wanted to know was if there were other items not on the website but available in their store similar to the bag I was after, and if yes could they take some pictures so I can take a look? The salesperson initially said it was fine, and then a day later replied quite rudely that they did not have anything and basically did not read properly as to what I was asking. He even spelled the brand name wrong in the subject of the e-mail when he first contacted me.
From my side, this person works in the flagship store, if there are no other similar bags he could easily just inform me on the spot and say so. Instead, he was silent for an entire day and was simply rude and impatient when I asked him if he had a chance to let me know about my query.
I have interacted with just about all major fashion house brands, never been as offended by Moynat. If they cannot even handle a simple customer query or spell their company name right, I am not going to spend my hard-earned cash on this brand. My view is that luxury brands need to provide superior customer service and product to be able to make me willing to spend my money, especially since there are plenty of competition out there.

Though the Pauline will never again be part of the Moynat lineup, we can appreciate its architectural beauty.
