I love it’s so lightweight and the design of the clasp, very cool and elegant. I bought it 4 years ago and haven’t use it as much lately because it’s a flap bag and I find them a bit fiddly to get in and out of.
Totally agree! Hermes SA's act as if they are doing you a favor. I've even had one tell me they had no bags when she found out the manager told me something different she miraculously asked what I wanted found it and offered me one. I don't their customer service is steller either.In my experience SA attitude depends on the SA (or the person) for any brand or luxury house.
It sucks to get poor service, and I feel for you.
But my store location, SAs and manager, have all been very lovely for the past few years.
If you ever decide to stop by southern California, the South Coast Plaza location is small but has great service!
Something that I really like about Moynat is that most of their bags look great on the second hand market. Hermes bags look great too! But some other brands look very wonky. I like the different vibrant colors too!
What I love about the Gabrielle PM is that it fits a lot and it’s not bulky or heavy. It looks very elegant and simple (very minimalistic, clean lines, timeless).
And I love the closure! I love that it locks itself without the need of a key, I don’t know why but I love that! To me it feels secure in a crowded place and it also feels cool to lock it and unlock. I also like the closure of the Rejane PM (able to lock it without a padlock), and I like the closure of the Joseph Duclos Diane.
I admire Ramesh’s clasps (obviously), you don’t see elaborated clasps in most brands. I finds them interesting and unique and those 3 clasps (Rejane, Gabrielle, Diane JD) can be hard to open at first, if you don’t know how to, so it’s like a little secret if you know right away how to operate them. And the click sound/feeling is very satisfying. Not so sure about the wear and tear since I haven’t own one for that long, but the preloved ones look in good condition. I would like to hear from people who have had them for a long time.

I thought the exact same thing. I have a feeling we’ll see an even heavier LV influence on the brand until they hire a new creative director. Hopefully they’ll find someone from outside of the LV universe this time. i did not think the prominent branding and oversized hardware we saw under Knightley fit the character of Moynat whatsoever.
The point of fashion conglomerates (or any conglomerate for that matter) is "shelf space" - own as many of the options in the category as possible. But when they become too alike they cannibalize each other....

Finally considering my first bag from Moynat after lurking on this thread for awhile 
! I'm eyeing the Flori PM size as I need an easy crossbody for daily use.
I was looking at this leather/color combination from the 24Sevres website. However, it is listed as "100% calf leather" composition in the description. I'm curious if there are multiple types of grained leather offered in this style or if it seems like a mislabeling on the website? There is a significant price difference between this combination I saw and the other colors listed with Taurillon leather. I was under the impression that this style was only offered in the Taurillon leather or the Carat Calf leather from Moynat's website...
