OMG if that's the case, that's insane! So you order a Rejane for £4k+ and they won't repair it at a later date??
I’m unsure if it’s the complimentary services or any services. The way it was phrased to me, I thought it was any services. I hope it’s just the complimentary. Still, that’s a far cry from the old Moynat customer relations.

I had sealant issues with a LV bag in 2016-17. The manager of my local store said, “Too bad, but it’s your bag now.” I was ticked! I sold it at a loss. I think it was my last LV. Within a year, LV recalled a ton of bags because of sealant issues.

I think lux companies have rethought their liberal, complimentary aftercare services after LV’s Pochette Metis nightmare.

Oh lord, and to me yet _another_ argument for the better spend on custom bags.

I need to correct something I wrote —
There are repair and aftercare services for online orders. Repairs are complimentary if there is something (manufacturable) wrong with the product.

Moynat is now announcing the launch of a “refresh” program — Moynat bags can be brought into boutiques for scratch buffing and leather freshening.

I apologize for my relaying of inaccurate or incomplete information.

Thank you @Sourisbrune for the information. Now I can bring my Gabrielle bb to get spa’s. She is box leather, has some marks even when I am very careful carrying her.

I noticed the Moynat website has a new Gabrielle compact wallet. They really are expanding the Gabrielle line rapidly now that Knightly is gone.

Well there is no doubt that Ramesh did not design that. He is the master of hardware and proportions. The clasp looks stubby, like the ends were lopped off.

So funny - I texted my friend and said the exact same thing about the proportions bring off. I think the Gabrielle clasp lends itself better to a long continental wallet.
They also could have done what Ramesh did with the Rejane hardware and scaled it down for the smaller bag so that the proportions remain. (and this is even more important here because it’s a letter M).

The teeny Rejanes came after he left which is why the clasps are ridiculously large compared to the bags.
