I love this bag so much. Thank you to this thread for calling it to my attention! Going to head down to SCP, if they have one in this color, and check it out. I think it's the perfect option for a Garden Party type of bag at a better price point and more unique. Just wish I could see how big, or small, it is on the website. I'll ask my SA to send me some mod shots actually. I'll report back in a week or so....

This reminds me of the picotin. @ParisBound did you get to see it in person?

I did hear back from the lovely SA at SCP and they sent me a mod shot of the bag in another color. The bag is basically sold out and you have to pay for the incoming stock in advance, in full, if you want one. I think they have a shipment in June and again in November. I was rather surprised that Moynat has stock issues on new bags. Good for them! The bag looks a little small for me as I have a lot of bags in this size range. (I have not looked up the dimensions...don't know why...probably because seeing a mod shot is so much more helpful).

One thing I never found myself saying about Ramesh's designs is that they look like _____ (fill in the blank). To my eye all of his pieces were on the whole original in key ways.

In contrast almost every single one of Knightly's designs is obviously derivative of a Ramesh bag, one that Knightly already did for LV, or in this case, bizarrely, Hermes. How far from the original concept of this company have the Arnaults come that instead of getting a creative genius who invented new styles for Hermes, they have a guy who just copies designs?

It's funny you should say this as I have been thinking a lot about the Shadow Birkin lately. Ramesh is a genius designer.

I miss Arnault, Sr.. Ever since LVMH took over, I view Moynat as a corporate subsidiary and not a family business.:crybaby:
This little tote is very popular because it’s reminds customers of the Picotin at half the price.

Hi, may I ask the owner of both Rejane PM and Gabrielle PM, are those two have the same similar sizes? I love my Gabrielle PM and thinking to add the Rejane PM this year. Thank you.
