It’s beautiful! I’m not a pink person but I love how it looks on you! Interesting on flipping the phone! I’ll have to try it.
I’m sure if I was dressed in my normal, non-work clothing it would look even better, I can’t wait to have a chance to wear it out & about. (Unfortunately with my field of work, choosing to wear nice clothing is basically a death sentence for those clothes  )

I did purchase another Fauré Le Page before this one (the Daily Battle 19 in the Navy colorway), but that one was delivered to my house right after I left for this current work trip — I was foolishly hoping it would arrive before then. So I’ll be back on this thread sometime first week of May to share photos of the DB19 for others interested in FLP:smile:

New purse day :panic: it arrived safe and sound to my hotel.

Beautiful bag. Not meant for people who carry everything and the kitchen sink with them—phone, small wallet or card sleeve (although the inside has two spots for cards, centered on the back inner panel), lipstick case, small / skinny hand lotion. Very lightweight and beautiful embroidery, the colors of the bag make me very happy.

The strap is quite long. On my frame (4’11”) I put it on the very last hole in the strap. If it sat any lower I would say it’s not a great size for me. But where it falls (as shown in the picture) hits the hip at just the right spot, according to Google, and more importantly it is very comfortable thanks to how lightweight it is. The strap is thin, but I don’t think you could weigh the purse down enough with stuff to make it uncomfortable.

Please disregard my messy hotel bedding, my work clothes, as well as my upside down phone for the mod shot… once I discovered flipping the phone over, it’s changed how I photograph people, objects, buildings, etc

I didn't realize there was a zip pocket on the back

It does have a little slip pocket, but it’s very slim (not a lot of “give”) so I would never try to put something too big in it… I would avoid putting my phone in it for example. Something thinner would be better, but I’m not quite sure what I would put there that I wouldn’t rather have on the inside of the bag. I thought passport initially, but that’s one of those things I’d prefer to have in the main compartment. For me it may go mostly un-used

Love this new color way!

Hi everyone!! I’m between buying the goyard artois and the faure le page zipped daily battle… does anyone have both or similar bags that can tell me quality-wise which is better? They are both very similar and I can’t decide

I was finally able to unpack my new Daily Battle 19! Sharing some quick photos. This is the Paris Blue Scale with Navy Leather Trim, that has the yellow contrast leather on the strap and zipper pull.

The size is not as small as I anticipated from reading the dimensions online. It certainly isn’t a large bag by any means, but I would be able to put my cell phone, keys, sunglasses, small wallet or slim card holder, etc.

There’s two compartments that are separated by a zippered pocket that goes down the middle. One of the compartments features a slip pocket on the inner wall, too.

No mod shots yet because I’m having a lazy day, but I’ll try to snap a photo when I end up wearing it out and about.

We went out for dinner tonight so I decided to wear my DB19. I got a mod shot in the restaurant’s restroom (please ignore the weird mirror refractions and my horrible edit trying to blur the background ) I can always try to get better photos of my FLP bags in the future. I seem to remember to take them at the most in-opportune times.

It fit my iPhone 13 Pro, my wallet (card holder), small cosmetic pouch with touch up powder and lip products, and travel hand lotion. I am sure I could have put a bit more in there but I try not to carry too much if I don’t need to.

For reference I am very petite (4’11”) so the bag looks bigger on me than it does on the model on FLP’s website. I also have the strap on the last hole, so for anyone taller, there is plenty of room to lengthen the strap for crossbody wear.

I am so regretting not getting the Daily Battle 27 in the Walnut Brown & Beige Leather last year. I didn’t realize it was a limited edition

Does anyone know if shops in Europe or Japan still have stock of this color combo?

I reached out to FLP directly but they told me the 27 & 35 was never produced in light or dark brown. So I pointed out that their Instagram page showcased Walnut Brown multiple times. And they came back with, “Oh yea, it’s an old edition but it’s discontinued now.” Makes me feel a bit dubious about their stock information

I agree about the dubious stock info. Earlier this year they told me the card cases were not coming back so we bought 2 and now they are regular stock on the website... in the color I really wanted but was told won't be made again! That said, the brown is beautiful.

I haven't ordered anything from FLP.com, but in 2019 I did order through Galeries Lafayette and it went smoothly. Here is the email if you'd like to reach out to them. The last contact I had was in 2019 with an SA named Kristiana to order a pochette for my DB. If they can't help they can probably check the Rue Cambon boutique. That is how they located the grey DB I bought when I was in Paris in 2018. The brown is very pretty, good luck!

My goodness, they need better internal communications! Or they need to re-train customer service department and equip them with better and more accurate info.

Wow, thank you so much! Did they ship from France to your country?
I'm in the U.S. and I'm a bit worried that they might say no because they have the online store now.

Yes, I'm in the US too. After I bought the DB in Paris in fall 2018 I really wanted a matching pochette. FLP wasn't selling online yet so a few months later I just emailed the SA I dealt with at GL while I was there. They were happy to help and it was easy. It never hurts to ask.

That's great to hear! I went ahead and sent the email right after posting my comment, haha.
You're totally right, it never hurts to ask.
Thank you again
