Update on my damaged Faure Le Page Daily Battle Zip 32 bag. After sending emails with no response, I took to posting on social media and then emailing the creative director and general manager to ask if this was usual service. It seems to have prompted something and FLP have now responded saying 'they were busy in the shop' and are asking for the dimensions of the package I'm sending back so they can raise a postage label for me. Glad I persevered as paying for return postage wasn't their original intention - shocking given it's a faulty premium product! I'm now going to be without a bag while they wait for receipt of this one and resend the replacement, and they still haven't addressed how this happened/passed QA or if this is normal FLP finishing.
Got to say, I was SO excited about this bag (which is actually really really beautiful, I'm quite annoyed at myself for looking it enough to want an exchange!) and supporting this brand. The trip to buy it was wonderful - the whole thing feels very tainted now :(
Will keep you all posted!

anyone here has the Daily battle in size 27 or Daily Battle Zip in size 27 ? is it too small?
would you recommend the one with zip or no zip?
Thank you

I tried both with and without the zip and ended up with one without the zip. I liked it that it has a more relaxed look and it is slightly lighter than the one with a zip. My first DB is a 32 (in gray) and I loved it so much that I wanted a 27 (in white) for the warmer months when I don't need to carry as much. I think the size depends on what you need to use the tote for.

Oh that's great. I also like that (if i'm not mistaken) the one without the zip is lighter. i have neck and shoulder problem. i can't carry heavy bags.

another question, which one do you prefer between 27 or 32?
Space is not really an issue for me coz most of my bags these days are mini bags but i'm worried 27 will look a bit small on me?
I am 5'1 and on the chubbier side. And how do you normally carry the 27? on your shoulder or hand held?
Oh i am also thinking either to get this is Grey or Blue.

I have a grey 27, no zip, with a matching pochette and I absolutely love it. It is four years old and looks new. It is a great everyday bag for me, lightweight and it is surprising how much it holds. I hate heavy bags. I don't have to carry a laptop or kid stuff, but if you do you might want to go larger. I carry mine both on my shoulder and by hand. I am bigger than you but it doesn't look small on me. I think a 27 will look fine on you.

I am 5'3 and yes, 27 without the zipper is lighter. I use my gray 32 in the winter months when I need to store hats/gloves. I use my white 27 in the spring/summer months when I carry less and wanted to have a more casual look. I carry both sizes on my shoulder. I have had my 37 since 2017 and just recently added 27 in 2022. I specifically bought them in two different colors so I use them in different seasons and serve different purposes. I can't say which one I prefre, but I treat 32 to be more a tote that I need to carry a whole day;s worth of items v.s. 27 is more of a handbag/tote look. If you are not sure, try and email Paris boutique and see if you can get the SA to send you mod shot pictures. They used to do that before online boutique existed.

Update on my damaged Daily Battle Zip bag. This has been sent back to the boutique and we are now a week and a half later from the date they confirmed they received it, and no word on whether another one has been sent or when I can expect to receive it and I'm currently bagless :( I honestly can't believe how painful this whole situation has been and would definitely not recommend getting an FLP bag. I'll be doing a video review on YouTube when it's all eventually sorted with my thoughts, views and footage of how poor the stitching was.
