Hello everyone!

Does anyone here have the Daily Battle 19 and can share a mod pic for me?

I have never seen any of these bags in person, and just bought a Daily Battle 19 (online) based on the fact that it looked like a cute size on the model on the website. I am petite (4’11”), so for an everyday carry I do prefer smaller bags and thought this would work as a first FLP bag (while I wait for the Dream Bag 19 to come back in stock)

After placing the order though, I realized the 19 cm (7.5 inches) didn’t represent the *width* of the bag, it represented the height. So I checked the dimensions closer — which I should have done before ordering.:doh:

The model looks like an average height and I’m having a heck of a time wrapping my mind around this bag being only 5 inches wide because the width seems much greater than the height in the photo…?

So, if anyone is kind enough to take a picture with their own DB19, or put a banana next to it for scale, or something — I would greatly appreciate it. I’m bouncing between whether this is the perfect size for someone like me, or if this is a bag meant for ants.

This is such a cute bag! I somehow came to this page and upon seeing this bag, I think I NEED it LOL.
Regarding the 5 inch width, I think the bottom measurement is 5", so this makes sense to me.2023_081412_Chrome.jpg

Thank you! That makes a lot of sense and I think you’re right! And yes, it is super cute.

I may end up buying one of the Pochette Ladies First 19 bags as well. The embroidered pink scales colorway just came back in stock (or it was released? I was signed up for waiting list) , so I’m very tempted right now — so cute and I feel like would be great to wear during spring/summer

Incredible. You’ve been extremely helpful. I have a very long work trip that I leave for on Tuesday (~3 weeks), and my husband has his own work trip this upcoming week, but he will be back home Friday — want to make sure that when I order it, he will at least be back home from his trip so he can bring the package inside :smile:

Fedex actually texted me on the progress of the shipment. They even gave me heads up when driver's close by only a few stops before my delivery. They also gave me an options like changing the date of the delivery etc. It is a signature release delivery.

I saw you mentioned FedEx in your earlier posts, but when checking my shipping options they only had DHL… I do know DHL does signature release deliveries but wasn’t sure if that was automatic or needed to be requested.

I’ve even been debating having it shipped to the hotel I will be staying at, because I’m impatient and want to enjoy the purse right away and not later in May :lol: but I should double check with FLP that they will deliver to non-residential and also that I can request day/time so I can ensure I’ll be at the hotel to receive it, if I go that route.:smile:

Sorry. I was confused earlier. It was DHL express. I was confused with the other shipment that I was getting at the same time. It was DHL express & I did get all those option to change the delivery.

New purse day :panic: it arrived safe and sound to my hotel.

Beautiful bag. Not meant for people who carry everything and the kitchen sink with them—phone, small wallet or card sleeve (although the inside has two spots for cards, centered on the back inner panel), lipstick case, small / skinny hand lotion. Very lightweight and beautiful embroidery, the colors of the bag make me very happy.

The strap is quite long. On my frame (4’11”) I put it on the very last hole in the strap. If it sat any lower I would say it’s not a great size for me. But where it falls (as shown in the picture) hits the hip at just the right spot, according to Google, and more importantly it is very comfortable thanks to how lightweight it is. The strap is thin, but I don’t think you could weigh the purse down enough with stuff to make it uncomfortable.

Please disregard my messy hotel bedding, my work clothes, as well as my upside down phone for the mod shot… once I discovered flipping the phone over, it’s changed how I photograph people, objects, buildings, etc :lol:

It’s beautiful! I’m not a pink person but I love how it looks on you! Interesting on flipping the phone! I’ll have to try it.
