They used to. Both Coach Madison Biltmore and Coach Gramercy 7002 top handle bags are similar in style and were both made with specially treated leathers that hold their shape. They don't sag. I think Madison line actually has some sort of insert (cardboard?). Gramercy line was made using textured leather similar to saffiano leather. Nappa leather is soft so while they could stitch it to give it quilting, I think it's better suited for slouchy styles. Maybe they could've/should've used at least an insert for the bottom. Thank you for your insight and explanation on how past styles held up there shape! I agree with you! I feel like they should have added some kind of reinforcement in the base of the bag. I don’t want to sound picky because I’m kinda carefree with my bags but I hope this helps someone out there looking to get this bag!

I was at a Coach store today and they showed me their catalog that had pics of the upcoming Disney items. I didn't look at it long, but you could preorder from them. It seemed that each Disney type had a bag or two in its collection. I think the Dalmations had a frame or kisslock bag. And it seemed Dumbo had some sort of crossbody bag, as well as Thumper. There weren't many bags. But it sounds like if you are interested the SAs in some stores can preorder items, and they seem to think they won't get any stock in the store-and they expect to sell out quickly.

It seems very limited number of stores have them in stock. I randomly checked the store pickups online but none in my area (North California) or in Costa Mesa, CA have them in-stock (however, I did find a store in NYC that carries it). So it’s best to call your local stores and see if they carry them. It’s such a gorgeous bag!

Worst comes to worst, you can always buy it online.
