so cute ! I'm waiting for the Disney bags to come out and how did you get the bag early ? I called coach in the states and they said it's not out till march and I'm located in Canada

sometimes if you know the exact style number you want, you can order before it gets in the stores.

that's strange because I just called customer service with the satchel style number and they said its not available yet and to check my email and it won't allow them to order it so strange !

could be...I have family going to Florida at the end of the month and we called the coach store in miami on Monday and the associate said its not out yet it won't be in stores till march 1 and they said its not available in the warehouse to order

Maybe because you're in Canada?

Customer service can't order. Only an SA can from the store. I just ordered mine today.

I think it is! It's the kisslock frame bag 23. There is also the larger kisslock frame bag.

I'd have to measure. I have a Pixel 3, unfortunately, so I don't know about the iPhone X.

I don't have a ruler to get specific measurements, but I was able to fit my kindle in (diagonally) so I think the Iphone X should fit comfortably
