Ugh! I had some drama. So my order was signature required, so I tried to get it sent to the UPS access point. I was on autopilot and had a bunch of things due, so I had them delivered to the UPS store. So I clicked ok on this one too. And after I hit finish, the page showed the hours. And I realized that it had defaulted to the really far UPS store.
I tried to change delivery and edit it, but it was uneditable. I decided to call UPS. And basically they were like we can't do anything, change it on your end. Spent 10 minutes on back and forth. And I refreshed the delivery options page to see if changing was available. And then I saw that they had requested the order get send back to Coach.



So then I had to call Coach. They couldn't change it since it is now being returned. And I had to place a new order altogether. Luckily the Zip Pouch was still available. The new one is supposed to ship today, and I have to wait for my refund.
