Ugh! I had some drama. So my order was signature required, so I tried to get it sent to the UPS access point. I was on autopilot and had a bunch of things due, so I had them delivered to the UPS store. So I clicked ok on this one too. And after I hit finish, the page showed the hours. And I realized that it had defaulted to the really far UPS store.

I tried to change delivery and edit it, but it was uneditable. I decided to call UPS. And basically they were like we can't do anything, change it on your end. Spent 10 minutes on back and forth. And I refreshed the delivery options page to see if changing was available. And then I saw that they had requested the order get send back to Coach. :confused1::confused1::confused1::confused1:

So then I had to call Coach. They couldn't change it since it is now being returned. And I had to place a new order altogether. Luckily the Zip Pouch was still available. The new one is supposed to ship today, and I have to wait for my refund. :(
 
So, I received my restored duffle and they sent me the wrong bag. I had ordered the large duffle in oxblood and they sent a restored small mahogany duffle with a tag labeled for the large oxblood duffle.

Don't know what happened there, but I'm obviously not getting the bag. I called to make sure they knew for when the return got to them.

How did the restored bag look? If it had been what you ordered would you have been satisfied?

No. it wasn't terrible, but I have Coach duffles the same age in better condition. That being said I think the photos of the one they sent accurately showed that it was a used bag.

The photos for the bag I ordered looked much better - I'd love to know where my bag went.

Ugh, I hate signature required.... I always have problems with that and wish they would just deliver to my porch. One time I chose UPS regular location for the hours, and get there and they changed them without putting the hours anywhere. A local person called me back and said that I could have gone in anyway? How would I know that? Anyway they delivered the next day. But I was so annoyed.
