FYI I did go into my local boutique yesterday and it looks like your list @wyndslash is right - she confirmed the Solstice and Andiamo both weren’t covered. Seems crazy to me! Of course she assured me if anything were to happen past the 2 year warranty to just bring the bag in and they’d take care of it. Maybe with newer designs that haven’t been around as long they want to hedge their bets in case there are long term issues ? :blah:

Also she mentioned an upcoming price increase. Crazy.

I bought recently a small jodie in porridge, please can i confirm the season that color/size combination was released?
I no longer see in on the BV website ?
Porridge only comes in teen on the website?

Does anyone have the sardine bag in dark green? I put a hold on the black one because the dark green is not available in the boutiques (but is available online? A little confused there) but I’m so curious to see how the color compares to black irl.

@wyndslash, I have not seen the Sardine in dark green but I did see the color on the Solstice. It’s a beautiful shade—darker than Inkwell. No blue undertones. And it’s not so dark as to be mistaken for black.

I had written that had I not had an Inkwell Jodie I’d probably buy the Dark Green Solstice. (I had a Balenciaga Sapin Day and it was a spectacular shade of dark green and I foolishly let it go. Solstice is closer to it than Inkwell.)

My final comment is the color reads fall/winter to me.

@grietje i ended up getting the sardine in black. the SA said that dark green isn't available in japan. i could buy it from BV's online shop, but i wanted to see the color in person, plus i get some perks buying it here (using a department store card gives me points).

plus i wanted an all-season color and one that won't get shipped off to the outlet stores after a few years, haha.
the SA did show me a wallet in dark green but different material. i think it might have been the lighting in-store, but it did look almost black to me.
