As I was going back and refreshed the page, my holy grail combination popped up and my heart stopped for a second: a gold with gold hardware Picotin 18! I checked out so fast. I didn’t even think twice. After successfully checking out, I read the description and it said it was a Maurice leather bag. And after doing some reading here on the forum, I think this is my ultimate perfect combination.

Thanks for letting me share my excitement! This year is already off to an amazing start.

Will share pictures when I pick her up. In the mean time, here is a mod shot of me with the Picotin 18. I am 5’4 and between a size 2/4 US.

I also added the gold with ghw 18 in my cart today and was ready to check out. It was gone when I was grabbing my credit card info. I guess you win congratulations

You'll love the Maurice leather! It won't slouch too quickly like with Clemence.

Hi ladies and gentlemen,

Thank you so much for all the love on me sharing my excitement on scoring a Picotin on H.com. I finally went and picked her up from the store today and just wanted to share some photos.

I also scored a rodeo MM online and while I thought it was a bit big when I first saw it in person, I think it works quite well on the Picotin 18. Oversized but I think it adds to the dinky-ness of the bag.

This is in Maurice leather. It definitely feels like it has more body than Clemence, as it is a bit stiffer and sits beautifully on its own. I think I might plan on getting an insert for it still (but not in a rush for that).

Beautiful Picotin - gold on gold is a great combo! Congratulations! I'm also mad about Picotin at the moment - planning to add another bright coloured one - jaune ambre or bleu encre - in a 22 this year. Such a fun bag!

I think a Picotin in a fun color would be so nice. Hope you can find the perfect one for you!
