Hey guys! I’m currently in vegas and I was just browsing at the Hermes store in Bellagio.

I was honestly scared to ask for a B/K/C directly, but I was always interested in a Lindy so I was debating between three options of: lindy30 gold in evercolor with palladium hw, lindy26 red (dk the exact color name) in swift with palladium hw, and lindy30 etoupe in clemence with gold hw.

I ended up purchasing the 30 etoupe with ghw but my husband keeps insisting 26 size looks better on me.. just not the red color ahhh. I always wanted either etoupe or gold so either way, I had to settle for a 30

Lovely bag, congrats on your purchase! Next time just bite the bullet and ask for a BKC, it could be your lucky day! The worst thing they can do is say no stock A good friend of mine was offered a B35 immediately after purchasing a Lindy, so you never know!

I ended up purchasing the 30 etoupe with ghw but my husband keeps insisting 26 size looks better on me.. just not the red color ahhh. I always wanted either etoupe or gold so either way, I had to settle for a 30

You got one of the most practical colors with gold hardware. With the fortune cookie shape, the 30 will look smaller whereas the 26 sometimes look a bit odd unless it is in a bright color. Lindys are practical workhorse bags so I prefer to have a neutral color as well.
I shop at the Bellagio store as well and love their staff.

I usually prefer size 26 especially if it’s in brighter colors. Mine is magnolia. However in neutral colors, I have tried both 26 and 30 and I don’t think the 30 looks too big if it’s in a neutral color. The etoupe with ghw is a great color combo. Ghw is harder to find for Lindy. Congratulations on your new purse!

Hey guys thanks for all of your comments!! I was kinda stressing all night yesterday because although I loveeee the etoupe color, size 30 felt awkward when I put it on my shoulder.

Since I wasn’t smitten 100%, I checked out the Hermes store at the Crystals shop and found this bright blue zellige lindy 26 in evercolor. (I called wynn as well and they had the same stock of black, bleu nuit, rougr or cactus)

Hermes does bright colors well for sureee. I ended up exchanging for this 26 and with the price difference, ended up getting oran sandals and a twilly.

Size 26 looks great on you. Love the pop of blue. I think you’ll be happier after the exchange. I feel like size 26 is also more comfortable/less bulky than 30 when u shoulder carry. And you can always try to get an etoupe color b/k/c bag in future if u like the color.

Although I loved the 30 you first bought I'm so pleased you didn't settle, congratulations on this beauty

Hi all, Ive been thinking of adding a Lindy size 26 to my collection. But I'm really not sure of the color and hardware. I've owned other b/k/c in black Epsom, gold Epsom, gris asphalt Togo, blue nuit Togo, blue Brighton Togo and orange Togo. All of them in gold hardware.
So I'm thinking of probably adding a phw Lindy to my collection. But does phw make the bag look cheaper? And what color do you guys recommend that goes well with phw and can be use as a daily bag? I know black is easy and "forever" but I was thinking something other than black... But I really can't decide..

Joining the club with my Lindy 30 in etoupe clemence with gold hardware. She is just magic. I’m really thrilled. Although, if I’m being objective, the 30 is a little big for my frame - I still love her regardless. Next up: a 26 in a bright colour.

I have a Mai Tai lindy organizer for my Clemence leather Lindy. My other Lindy's are Evercolor and I don't feel a organizer is necessary and all my keys and pens are in separate pouches.
