How is your swift lindy 30 holding up may I know?

I never thought I would fancy a black lindy but the swift+Black looks divine to me (didn’t like Clemence+Black). Of course the light weight factor is a plus. Shortlisting a preloved piece.

Do you like the Lindy size 30? My SA offered me one in Rose Pourpre and I’m not sure if it is too big or not. Haven’t been able to try it on in person yet.

I love both sizes. Of course, Lindy 30 will fit more and much easier to take things in/out of the bag. Fyi, I do not unzip to get my things in/out of bag. [emoji1]

Lindy 30 surprisingly is not too big for me or bump into things outside. On the contrary, people “loves” to bump/brush into my bag no matter what bag I’m carrying. [emoji23]

As I’m using Bearn wallet, I have no problem with either Lindy size. However, I intend to get a Kelly classic wallet and could not comment now if Lindy 26 would be as convenient.

I’m carrying more of Lindy 26 cos its black whereas my Lindy 30 is Blue Zanzibar.

Hope I had helped and not making you more confused. [emoji13]

Hi to all Lindy owner! Im always wanted to get a Lindy in size 26. But there is something I'm quit hesitant about the cleamence leather. I understand that leather gets softer over time. I have seen preloved Lindy which the leather has became really soft that the whole bag collapse in the middle (if you know what I mean) . Anyone has the same issue here? Kindly advise thanks!

The "fortune cookie" design of the Lindy means it is supposed to bend/collapse in the middle. It's not a flaw.

Hi dear what I mean is like this picture ,found this in the preloved market. Does this happen after few years of usage? View attachment 4006840

It looks like they just photographed it with the top flap not smoothed down and because there is nothing in it, yes, it is "softer" looking. But this is not a structured bag. If you want something that is going to always keep a certain shape, then any softer leather is probably not for you.

Thanks for your advice! How about evercolor and swift leather? Any idea which one keeps the shape better?

They are about the same as clemence. If anything, swift might be a bit softer over time. As I noted, this bag is not intended to have a fixed or "hard" shape. If these types of leathers are too soft for you, this is probably not a bag style you should consider.

Opposite to your concern, that’s the reason I’m avoiding Evercolor on a lindy. Love Evercolor if it’s on a Constance. I had a L30 Evercolor and it was sold shortly after just 2-3 wear. It didn’t feel right for me on lindy, personally. I had a Clemence L30 and I missed the squishy-ness of that leather, after using Evercolor. However I can’t comment how Evercolor will grow on a lindy since I didn’t wear it enough.

I have been on a Lindy hunt lately. Shortlisted a few and hopefully tomorrow I can do a happy reveal.
