For Lindy 30, I prefer Clemence to Evercolor.
For Lindy 26, i feel any leather is fine.
For the bigger L30, Evercolor felt too stiff for my liking. But smaller L26, contents gonna fill up full anyway so my L26 doesn’t need the cookie shape.
Never had swift lindy before though.

Not stiff at all! Initially I was worried about the swift being too delicate as well, but then I decided oh to heck with it, I’m just going to use and love it and it still looks brand new 
I’ve only had it for a few months so I can’t comment yet on long term wear and sagging. I have a Jypsiere in clemence and I feel like clemence would be more rugged and durable because it’s thicker, but the swift seems more elegant to me because it’s a smooth leather. I love evercolor in structured bags but I don’t know how suitable it would be for a Lindy.
