Deep Blue is the color I just purchased and it is fabulous! 
You can also see the outline of my phone on my front pocket..it's just the leather, it'll form shape with use. I wouldn't worry about it, just use and enjoy..you really would have to go looking to notice the line

I will still take out the inserts when I am not using the bag. But otherwise, I will enjoy using it!
Just have Hermès shorten your strap (why use a shoe repair shop?). I took 8 inches off mine (same model as yours exactly) and can wear crossbody or shoulder now (I am 5'2" but long legs, still it hung way too low for shoulder carry). The strap looks perfect, as if it were made that length (I doubt shoe repair can do that) and it's a very quick alteration. I had mine done at purchase so it was free, but I can't imagine it's an expensive alteration.
If you want to keep the long strap for resale, there is a huge thread on strap alternatives. Etsy is a source and Mautto is very popular. Your options there are endless.

Gold hardware does anybody’s clasp on the inside when opening look like the gold has peeled off and started to tarnish?
I bought the noir TPM with gold hw a couple of weeks ago and the strap makes an annoying squeaking sound when I’m walking and when I looked at the hw I noticed the tarnish. Will contact Hermes CS but just wanted to know if the tarnish on the inside is normal?

I got mine for those same reasons, wanting hands free because of kids and dogs. I have to say it’s my most worn bag, in my opinion I rather spend that much money on something I will wear a lot than on a bag that will sit in my closet for special occasion only.

I purchased the Senamon non felt Organizer with zipper in purple (to match my Evelyne PM in raisin) and I am very happy about this item.
It gives some structure to the bag without being too rigid and the compartments help a lot in keeping the bag organized and hopefully in avoiding accidents like the hand sanitizer leak.
The organizer was purchased directly from the Senamon website (cheaper than using Etsy as intermediary). It was shipped promptly using UPS and delivery was free of charge.

Look at my new (to me) Evelyne. I'm so in love with this lovely in the GM size. My husband bought me the noir with palladium hardware for my birthday in a few weeks from Hermes, but my go to color is always orange, so I bought this baby for myself. I'm so in love!

First time seeing this kind of strap (on Hermes.com USA now), it’s being called “sellier strap” in the description. Anyone knows if this is something new or just something I didn’t notice existed before?
