was it a nicer experience this time?I saw my first Boiide live at the H boutique today. It was in a beautiful blue (the picture is bad and do not show the color right I think). However I am thinking of getting a black one so... no purchase. But I liked it

Half and half, but I tend to hand carry. HOWEVER, what makes it work ( well) is a wider strap for crossbody. I got the clochette, but the tressage would work as well. I feel the wider strap not only distributes the weight better and is more comfortable, but looks better with the 31 (IMHO, so totally discount it and I'm not at all insulted!). I also like the way the strap looks when I am not using it, but hand carrying.
I do about 1/3 hand carry, 2/3 cross body. I have a couple of H 105 straps and also use Prada straps and Mautto canvas. I don't think I've ever used the shoulder strap that came with it.
LOVE Bolide! Mine have been getting significantly more use than my Ks lately.
I love the 105. Carry my bolide as shoulder-strap with the 105 size it being long make it feel to me a more comfortable feel and hand carry the two leather straps.. I seldom use 105 strap as crossbody. It’s so nice being there if needed though
Once I put the 105 on my bag, I never put on the leather shoulder strap it came with.

looks beautiful on you! Congrats. I’m currently on the hunt for this bag do you find it fits enough? I’ve heard it fits a surprisingly good amount because of the wider base. Would love to hear your thoughts.
I love it!! Obviously, it completely depends on what you carry. It fits a large passport holder (I use mine as a card case), iPhone 11, and keys with room for a few other smaller items. It probably carries 2x what fits in a mini Kelly. If you carry just the basics, it works just fine!
Been looking for an ostrich Bolide 27 for months and finally got lucky. Incredibly pleased with my purchase - colour is Gris Tourterelle.
I wear bolide 31 crossbody when I am on holiday, I use the 105cm canvas strap and it fits me well (I am 5.3'). The crossbody bolide makes me hands free and the bag becomes light weight, perfect for sightseeing or museum, and feel safe.

I was in London this week and tried my luck at the New Bond Street store and they had this! were bag twins now. I soon as I saw the color I knew it was perfect for me. It my first leather H bag. I think black is a safe way to go for my first. Love the texture and sheen. Can’t wait to start using it.
