Was finally able to score a 27 Bolide a couple of weeks ago. I had hoped for a pop colour but when my SA unwrapped it I was pleasantly surprised by the colour she presented - Etain. Agree with the overall impression that the current Etain is a bit less brown than previous versions. It reads more gray when I pair it with cold colors and black and leans a tiny bit brown when pairing it with warm tones. A true chameleon.
Even more special with gold hardware. Congrats.

Love the CDC charm and Carmen. The strap really acts a nice touch to the whole look. Is the Bolide gold or etoupe? A bit difficult to tell in the indoor lighting.

I'm still not sure what to do with the mini. My 2nd baby is due at the end of this month, so I'm hoping that the mini will be useful for phone and keys when I'm lugging around a larger bag for all the baby's stuff.

What a great idea. I would have considered the mini a light summer bag but using it as an additional bag might save you from digging for smaller items in a larger tote.
The Bolide is gold and the cdc charm though listed as ‘natural’ is almost a perfect match.
