if you must keep one 31 is the size to keep, but of course that depends on what you use the bag for? Capacity wise 35 is bigger though I don't have that size. Can you fit all daily essentials in 31?
Which size you have used most so far? To me black is a year round and more versatille colour
My black 31 is a workhorse, goes everywhere seamlessly. One of the easiest bags to use, most of the year and most occasions. But I’d seriously consider keeping both ~ sometimes you do need the extra space, especially when traveling. Good luck deciding!
Do you have to let one go? They are different sizes, different colors, different uses IMO.

I don’t “have to” but it would be financially responsible to [emoji6].... I agree they are both fabulous, today they stay with me, I haven’t used the black one yet, I thought it might be a little small for my daily use. It’s way classy and gorgeous tho. Clemence outside and swift inside... yummy!!

I have a Bolide 1923 30 (basically the same size but shape/handles a bit different than the Bolide 31). Love it to bits. Try yours out and see if you don't fall in love.

Burgundy is 2017, but only one left in US, (what HMS ‘said’) regardless it’s REALLY fab color! Inside being swift, my part swift bag, I love it!

If I had to choose, I would take the burgundy 35. Gorgeous color, so rich, and as you said, last one in the US, and great size for work. My blue nuit 35 is my workhorse, I carry it almost every day for work, it can fit notebook, files, my lunch, spare shoes... but you might not need that kind of space?
