You didn’t ask me but I’ll answer- yes the strap is convertible and it’s a true cross body
I purchased this Geranium Opli 24 with a Rose Azalee interior last night. I love the functionality of this bag!! For me casual and super practical and as TankerToad says, it is a true crossbody bag. The 2019 version comes with a chain instead of the leather strap but the chain is super big and heavy

Which size Opli are you considering and how long are the Epi pens? I can go and measure the interior of my Opli 24 for you.
Ok here are the contents of my Opli 24. The blue leather case is a Longchamp pencil case and it measures 7 x 3 inches and fits comfortably in the back pocket. I imagine your Epi pens would also. The middle compartment holds my mini pochette and the front pocket holds my Bastia and Petit H change purse which I use to hold my essential CC's. https://www.hermes.com/us/en/product/change-purse-H1064408v92/
The middle fold does take up a bit of room but if you consider the 28 size or if you don't carry too much, I don't think you'll have a problem in the 24. HTH

I love rose lipstick most among all Hermes pinks and an Opli clutch in that color is available where I live. I'm waffling because I never use clutches - I hate having one of my hands occupied at all times. I was wondering whether it would be possible to fashion a strap from a maxi twilly or a twillon - has anyone tried that with the Opli or with another Hermes clutch?
