Bought a pair of Carlottas today and I have to say, I really love them. Mine are just noir, but I tried shearling variations and am very tempted to have both. My SA is trying to tempt with another pair in red (personally I LOVE the red and pink shearling but, it's almost spring where I am.....).
If anyone has some more mod shots with outfits on any clogs.....that would be wonderful and appreciated

Would you kindly share how it feels when you walk? I love the look of it but am worried if I might fall easily with clogs on. As well as the sound it makes Looking forward to seeing your modshot!

I’m also obsessed with the shearling pair!! I haven’t purchased it but so tempted. Also agree that the red and pink is SO cute and different. I think this fall winter there will be a suede with shearling as well

When I was looking for Colette loafers in the boutique, they didn’t have any and the SA mentioned that there were cases of broken buckles.

Wow, maybe that's why they haven't told me if they're going to charge me or not for the repair.

I love the Kennedy loafers too, I should have gotten those instead.

Was the shearling super warm? They look so good but I hear you on the change of seasons.

Not overly warm - but I didn't feel it looked appropriate for warm weather. If I love the regular Carlottas and find them wearable with lots of things, I might spring for the shearling. I LOVE shearling lined shoes of all kinds. Maybe I keep the shearlings at the house in Europe, now there's an excuse......

They just feel like any other clogs - pretty easy to walk in. They do make noise (I don't wear them in the house as I have hardwood floors and downstairs neighbors) but no one's going to notice in a city If it bothers me I'll sole them.

I'm still super tempted. The shearlings are sitting in a return box right now and my mind could easily change before the box goes back LOL.

Also FWIW the shearling and non-shearling Carlottas fit the same - don't size up for shearling. I found them TTS, I am a 6/36 and that's what I bought.

I just wanted to share a tip for anyone who has had issues with discomfort with their shoes, especially while trying to break them in… Kinesiology tape!!! I've tried band-aids, bandages, those anti chafing/rubbing sticks... Nothing worked.

I know everyone’s foot is different, so what’s comfortable for one can be painful for another.

I recently purchased Santorini sandals and the right foot’s bunyon area kept rubbing against the leather. I decided to try the tape and you can barely tell it’s there unless you’re really staring at my foot. I don't feel any rubbing at all!

That's a great idea. I love the Santorini sandals...my issue is never the big toe though, it's always the pinky toe that's trying to escape out the side! I may try your idea!

Please let me know how it works! I walked around all day yesterday and didn't feel ANY sort of rubbing at all, and the Kinesiology tape stayed put. I think there are several shades of tape so it's probably just a matter of finding one that's closest to your skin tone. Good luck!

came out with day sneaker instead. they won my heart after I tried them on.

for reference:
day sneaker size: 37EUR

I usually wear:
Jordan 1 high, mid, low size: 37.5EUR / 6.5 W US / 5 Youth US
Yeezy size: 38 2/3FR / 6 M US

I prefer my shoes to be snug and wear no show stance socks.

I just got the Epopee, and my first reaction was that I should never wear them and hold my son at the same time. I’m not steady at high altitude.

The heel height is definitely comfortable. I’m going to use inserts for more cushion and then they’d be perfect.
