Does anyone have any feedback on the Amica/ amore sandals? I'm curious if the straps will soften over time and wear. I purchased the celena sandals but will have to return them because the straps are so rigid they cut into my toes. I'm hoping to hear the Amica sandals aren't as stiff. Thanks in advance!!

Does anyone have a problem with egerie sandals cutting into toes? There’s a seam when these are molded on each side of thong and around the top part that feel sharp. I bought these today and somewhat felt it in the store, but it was ok. When I tried at home, my toes got red. I am wondering if it’s considered a defect or normal.

Same. I think they will soften up (the alohas did for me last year). It’s so weird that I also didn’t feel it in store and now feel at home.

I just bought my first EVER pair of luxury shoes, the Legend sandals! I planned to take them to get the sole reinforced; would you all advise this? I assume this means Hermes won't service any repairs on them in future in that case, right? I don't know how this works.

Also, although they're new from boutique, the ankle straps already have heavy indents after the third hole. I figure that would be the case no matter what, but just curious if anyone else with these bought them new with strong dents in this area. Mostly just worried about breakage, since this area will get worn anyway. ^_^

I am thinking of getting the Amica too! I hope someone can share their review on Amica/Amore. Thanks!!

I have a pair of these, truthfully they are my least worn Hermes sandals and I own close to 15 pairs of them at this point. I have found the straps do leave indentions/marks on my feet, in a weird way that my camelia sandals that have a similar structure do not. I ended up purchasing two colors of the camelia and I always reach for them instead of the amores. It's like the straps are a bit looser on the camelia. I do believe my camelia's were also a size bigger but I'm not at home to be able to check at the moment and I don't have my amores with me.

Ah that's interesting. I wonder if it's because the Celena sandals have a higher heel as opposed to be flat like the Amore/ Camelia. I really adored them, and was lucky to grab a pair before the color and size sold out online. I just couldn't get over how stiff the straps were, overall making the shoe unwearable to me. Thank you so much for the input!!

Guess it's back to boutique and I hope have some sandals there for me to look and feel! I hate asking an SA to source for something only to not purchase it in the end.
