Are these good for long distance walk

Yes, it is comfortable to wear all day and it have a sturdy/flexible rubber sole. I will not recommend this if u have a very narrow feet bcoz of the H width part is wide even it have an adjustable top strap, it’s quite hard for me to walk even I have wide feet, it’s still loose but wearing for a long period of time, my feet get swollen, then it’s comfortable walking then. My “Takara” sandal (w/ back strap) is not that wide but half size smaller & looks small in length for me.

I purchased the Amica in brown and white (true to size, in my opinion, if anyone wondered) but 5 minutes of wearing them outside, the liner of the insole already lifted. I immediately went to my Hermes store and reported this but since the bottom of the sole was scratched because I already had worn were outside, they could not take it back. The only option they offered was to either (1) fix them myself or (2) send them to Paris with 9 months waiting time. At the end, they reported it to Hermes Paris with pictures and I was told to bring the sandals home. So now, I am waiting for the ticket to be resolved.

I was shown, however, this problem will not happen in Oran since the leather is stitched either it is along the perimeter of the sandals or across the widest part. Sharing it so anyone who is interested in Amica is aware of a potential problem. I am actually okay to gluing it again but I am just not sure whether I should accept this quality problem, 5 minutes from wearing them (maybe even less, it was only a few steps). My husband even said: so you want to fix a new pair of shoes? The lifted part even rubbed on my skin and made some blisters already. I am just quite sad because I really love these pair. Not sure what I can do apart from waiting. I can't use them either.

Thanks for posting this. I was thinking of buying this pair but now probably won't given the potential issue. They really should offer you a new pair free of charge!

Bought a pair of Carlottas today and I have to say, I really love them. Mine are just noir, but I tried shearling variations and am very tempted to have both. My SA is trying to tempt with another pair in red (personally I LOVE the red and pink shearling but, it's almost spring where I am.....).
If anyone has some more mod shots with outfits on any clogs.....that would be wonderful and appreciated :flowers:

Was the shearling super warm? They look so good but I hear you on the change of seasons.

They are TTS, I wear a 36 in Oran & 36 in these. They are so comfy! But the buckle FELL OFF one shoe after only a few months of wear.

Thanks for the feedback!Glad to hear that they’re comfy. Funny that you mentioned the buckle. When I was looking for Colette loafers in the boutique, they didn’t have any and the SA mentioned that there were cases of broken buckles. Idk, I really love the look of them. I’m also eyeing the Kennedy loafers.
