Quick review of the Egerie sandals… I unexpectedly ended up wearing them all day today, and they are definitely NOT comfortable (on my feet, anyway) for long walks. The toe thongs are just a tad too wide for me, and not very soft/forgiving. I can’t say I’ve ever had this issue with other flip flop style sandals. They were fine walking around the pool and the beach but I was thinking about my beloved Birkies back in the hotel room with every step I took in the mall.

Agreed. Aloha were so much more comfy! The thong is just too hard. I wonder if I could like carve a bit of it out...I would probably mess it up and cause another disaster though.

I agree too. The thong between the big toes and the second toe is too stiff and too wide. I also never have problem with all my other flip flop kind of sandals ( Haviana, Jack Rogers, Birkenstock Gizeh, Tory Burch flip flop ). I can wear my Egerie for short walks but not for a whole day.

I'm looking to buy my first pair and have narrowed it down to the Paris loafers and the Oz mules. And while style is slightly different, they both fit my lifestyle, and I love them both. I was wondering do you have a preference between the two, and why?

I own the Paris Loafers (black/pbhw) and I have tried the Oz and love those too.
I’m waiting for the right color/hw/size of the Oz to become available to add those too.
I can vouch that the Paris loafers are really comfy and needed no time to break-in.
Availability might dictate what you add to your collection.
Enjoy.

I have a few pairs of both and find I wear Oz more because I don’t always want to wear the big H on my shoes.

That's my thinking as well! Thank you!

It sounded like they were both available, and if not, my SA says she'll be happy to order, but good point. There's something so special about walking out with an orange bag :)

I also like the oz more. It’s very convenient and comfy being slip on and not so much in your face H. I got it in the blanc poros which is a nice shade of pink so it’s perfect for spring and summer.
