I would like to ask those of you who have had these ponchos for some time, do you find that there's pilling? I've noticed the one Kate Moss has looks rather battered and full of pilling, also another one I found on line, I think an older colorway (lovely by the way) also looks full of pilling......

But it's definitely a look one has to be comfortable with. As someone said in this thread, it's all about adopting a certain attitude when wearing it!

One of my favourite scarves with the poncho :tender:. I tend to wear my 70s with mine, it shows that the silks work with it.

Thank you for the suggestion, papertiger...I'll dig out some of my 70s and try them out! I have to admit, they've been languishing at the bottom of my scarf drawer for ages.

The anthracite goes with practically everything in my wardrobe Israeli_Flava, and it's a perfect choice for my Canadian climate. I can easily layer lighter (non-bulky) jackets underneath when it gets colder. At my age, it's all about the layering, and one's ability to strip off layers at a moment's notice!!:rolleyes:
