The wine was added for express purpose of the photo opp 🤪 but I did enjoy the realization that my Birkin was the perfect vessel to carry the flowers while my grocery bags were otherwise full. I remain so enamored with this leather! And love how it gleams in the sun. Still getting over my shyness about carrying a designer bag (you just don't see a lot where I live - at least not in the circles I run) but it sure has come in handy a few times now! B35 was a great choice for me.

If only I can smell it through my cell phone screen! :lol: I think anything barenia is amazing even if it’s *just* a SLG especially how overall rare barenia is. You’ll get so much daily use out of it and will patina so quickly and beautifully. Thanks for sharing your lil lovely!

Couldn’t resist taking a Barenia “family photo” as well :biggrin: now all that’s missing for me to feel complete is a B30/B35… :graucho: thanks for letting me share!

Agree with you how lovely it is that the halzan is under the radar. Honestly my halzan 31 is my most used H bag. I hope we both find our barenia Bs to join our lil families!

Love it!!! Bag twins!!!! Except that I think yours is a K(30?) retourne and mine’s the K35 sellier sister… Amazing how you mentioned that the H31 is your most used bag but yours looks absolutely in pristine condition :eek: however did you manage to keep it looking so good? Barenia scratches even just by looking at the leather (and i love it for that characteristic!) but I can’t bring myself to taking mine out of its fresh state to start using / building the patina yet… LOL

Bag twins and twice removed cousins! Lol. My kelly is a 32 retourne :smile:. I bought my barenia bags preloved and the halzan was in especially beautiful condition. I’m convinced the previous owner did not really wear it. It mostly had little scratches on the back and I’ve had minor scratches on the back of the bag from my jeans. But I’ve found most of the minor scratches end up rubbing out. It is my most used bag for errands but I haven’t had the opportunity to wear it (or any of my other bags) in an all day outing. Unfortunately I’m still working on my work-life balance lol. I did cheat on my barenia halzan and instead brought my herbag 31 for an international trip…I wasn’t brave enough to bring it lol.

Omg of course, K32 *duh!* what was I thinking when I typed K30 (probably subconsciously thinking about that wishlist Barenia B30) :graucho: my whole Barenia collection is preloved too, but the Halzan came in fantastic near unused condition and still had the smell of new Barenia leather… which I blame for the fact that I went too close in getting a whiff and now the bag has a small oil spot where my nose was 😂
