The beauty of barenia.
My bottle of water was not tighten properly inside my purse and this happened to my Calvi.

I towel dry it to soak up the water then let it air dry overnight. Considering that it was dripping with water when I took it out, I’m very happy with the result the next day.

Great photos I have the same calvi and had a similar thing happen (although it wasn't dripping, it got fairly wet) and about an hour later it looked like nothing had happened. Love this leather.

Yes. When I got the calvi, I told myself it would be my tester for the other barenias that I own (a birkin and a constance). It is quite used and gets all jumbled with other items inside my purse, and it‘s holding up amazingly well.

Sharing my new to me hac 32 in ebene. I really do love the feel of barenia. Having 2 barenias and one barenia faubourg, I can really appreciate barenia so much more. I compared the barenia to bf as they are the same color, the barenia feels so rich, supple and substantial.

Thank you! I love it as a stand-alone piece, but I don’t use it as much as I do the other two bags just because I feel like it has a shelf life. I also noticed that the leather is stiffer compared to Togo so I can tell that it will be prone to creasing at the sides. But the smell and color - unbelievable. Compared to the other two it feels like a higher level luxury, no question about that.

Yes, they do. They are push offers and seem pretty rare lately, but I was offered a B35 in Paris recently (I already have one!).

Just another quick note on the durability of barenia.
My DH and I were in the car coming home from London Monday night. Suddenly the car beeps to let us know there’s a problem ahead, my husband slams on the brakes and throws his arm across me in the passenger seat, I automatically reach out and grab my Kelly (I hate to think what that says about our priorities ) anyway my long nails left great big scratches down the front of Kelly as I grabbed for her. Today with a very light wipe over with a tiny spot of saphir for greasy leather as kindly recommended by Docride every last mark has disappeared!

Hey which sapphire product did you use on your BF? Was it sapphire renovateur ? I conditioned my BF K with this stuff and my bag looks all blotchy! I’m so upset
