So funny- I assumed it was a Horizon, as I had never seen the Steve in barenia ( but obviously, what do I know?? :facepalm: )
I have one from a few years ago that was done as a verso- black, with a sharp blue ( poss Blue hydra? need to find the receipt) inside and on the underside of the straps. I love it, but now have serious "Steve" envy!:giggle:

Confession time - it is a Horizon order :P

I was a little late to the Caporal game and they were no longer in production. So that coupled with a slight Barenia obsession got me asking if it was possible to make my two dreams come true. And not even 12 months and the early stages of pandemic later, here he was!

It is absolutely spectacular!:loveeyes: I am so happy you were able to create this. I am, however, never speaking to you again, as this has opened up a potential rabbit hole I REFUSE to go down!! ( at least for now:giggle:)

Yay! I love my barenia Calvi! Is your BF with pink interior? Mine is smooth with poppy interior.

FWIW, if it were me, I wouldn't put anything in a Calvi that'd stretch it. In mine I keep relatively flat items like this and the only recent change I've made is to remove one of the alcohol wipes and replace it with my two house keys. I keep the keys tied on a small piece of pretty bakers twine which enables them to lay totally flat next to each other and they fit really nicely. That said, the keys are an experiment since I don't want to damage/scratch the inside of my Calvi... this is also why I wouldn't personally keep tooth/floss picks. Someone recently said they keep a travel sewing kit in theirs which is pretty genius and going forward I might also add breath strips since they're flatter than mints. Also just for reference, my car key fob is way too thick (even without anything else in the Calvi) to not stretch the leather so I keep that loose in my bag.

Can you tell I'm a lover/obsessor about organization!? ;)

I believe mine has a Rouge H interior, it’s velvety soft and definitely one of my favorite parts about the verso Calvi.

Also, I completely agree about only keeping things that are somewhat flat, I’m very particular about how things look and a bulge on a calvi is everything except cute. Luckily, I found a pack of GUM soft dental picks that comes with it’s own flat plastic case which fits beautifully on the upper flap. On the lower flap, I can easily fit 3 of the giant Wilhemina mints which lay perfectly flat and does not stress the leather whatsoever.

It’s random af but it works for me :biggrin: I’m also a lover/obsessor about organization as you can tell.

Oh nice! I didn't know it was made with Rouge H interior... I see a new item for me to stalk :lol: Do you mind sharing a link to the dental picks with case and also the mints? I've never heard of Wilhemina... ;)

Sure thing! The Wilhemina mints are from the Netherlands. My DH and I found them during our many trips to Amsterdam, lol.

And lastly the GUM soft pics come with the cute little case to protect the inside of the calvi. Enjoy!
