*snifflesniffsniffleSOB* Yes, please. I've scooted over and there's now room in my dryer for your head too. We can sob together. And plot. Because I am SOOOO NOT missing another one of these.

I want to join you two. The BH sale was pathetic compared to this! I just can not get over the wealth of bags that were there! The prices were more deeply discounted than here as well, for everything.

My goodness! Just catching up on all the sale scoop here, and there have certainly been some highs and lows in this thread, haven't there? HUGE congratulations to everyone who scored treasures after braving the wait to get in, the crowd and the long line to pay. Thanks to all who posted photos of the sale and their loot (more, please!), so I could live vicariously through your joy. I'm still salivating at the plethora of beautiful bags in fabulous colors (and shamelessly coveting hermesmonkey's Potiron Box Constance and ristricter's Violet Plume).

It sounds like an unusually phenomenal sale this time and one I'm very sorry to have had the misfortune to miss. Although I'm shooting for the summer sale in Paris, I may just have to make the next NY sale as well. Any of you TPFers should feel free to tap me on the shoulder to say hi. I'll be the middle aged one in a sundress and flip flops hoarding wads of mousselines. Comfort rules! :supacool:

How long has she been there? I'm wondering about late Friday or Saturday. Last two times, Saturday was a great replenish day.

Thinking of going first thing Sat morning if you want to meet??? And I might be coming from walking the dogs in the park....sneakers, jeans and sweatshirt.
Just a warning....hehehe

 Great! I have been lucky to attend the sales, VIP day, for several years now and it is really fun, but I really go to see my H-friends, because I've pretty much bought whatever I wanted at the boutique (no patience, and I don't have the intestinal fortitude to hope to find something at a sale!). The sales are great fun and interesting, but I'm not much of an impulse buyer.

I may dress more like an, ahem, "typical" Hermes customer, but you will spot me (and my red hair) hanging out with the comfortably dressed, who are some of the nicest and coolest people I know!

Thank you, Hermeshermione1! It was hard to put back the mousseline, but it was as much as everything else I bought put together. I am already sort of regretting that I put back the full-size FI...but I saw a guy getting it for his GF soon after and I'm sure it will be appreciated.

I just love Mousselines but they are not as easy to wear in an office as say the 70 cms or the twill. I am looking forward to wearing a few pochettes with Mai'tas fur collar. Wonder would she (Mai'tai) consider doing the collars in spring colours, e.g. pink!!
