melove, i'm sorry to hear about your experience. i know it can be a horrible feeling when you get something less than what you expected. i am really picky about my bags too. if you're not happy, you should contact the seller and let her know. she should give you the option of returning it, since the flaws were not discclosed. good luck to you!

The splits do seem small and this Bbag is a beauty. And given its general condition, many (including myself) would still love to get it. But I guess what would really bug me if I were the buyer, is the fact that the seller didn't disclose the splits. If she had, I'd probably be very happy with the purchase even with the splits. Unfortunately the non-disclosure turned out to be a kill-joy.

hmm, if you are not entirely happy with the bbag, then return it, because its a lot of money and you could probably put it towards a better condition bbag! tell us what you end up doing!
