I would try calling when you have time to put your phone on speaker and then you can do other stuff until the customer service representative comes on the line. I have done this twice on separate days for the same issue. The first day the rep was not particularly helpful. The representative I spoke with two days later was very helpful. Under the circumstances if you explain what has happened I think they will might at least give you $17 back.Guys I have a question regarding how to get a price adjustment. I ordered a pair of shoes in late April and received them later than expected, which I did not mind, because it is not like I have anywhere to go right now (lol). The shoes were big on me and I wanted to get a size smaller. It so happened when I was browsing that my smaller size was in stock and immediately placed an order of the same shoe. I received the order today and the shoes look visually used on the bottom. I have never experienced this before from Nordstrom. I want to keep the shoes because I like them so much but I have never got used shoes from them before. And here is the thing, the smaller size shoes cost 17 dollars more the bigger size.I am definitely returning the first order as the size is too big. I tried to call the Nordstrom help line, wait time was 60 mins. What should I do?
I am not sure if they will do anything beyond that. I think that they may want to see that you have returned or started a return on the first pair of shoes also. I think it would be good to call so there is something documented in your file before too much time passes.
