I’m in the same boat. Mailed back via USPS on 3/28 and no updates. I’m exceptionally nervous because my items are >$1k. Unfortunately CS told me I had to return by mail and not in store
Same, I dropped off two returns over the weekend. Fingers crossed!
I returned an item on 3/20, was picked up by the returns agent from USPS on 3/24 and still waiting for a credit.
Dropped off at usps on 3/31 and picked up by agent on 4/1. Finally got notification that they received my return...so almost 3 weeks for the whole process!!
I've returned a few orders since COVID-19 started (I prefer to just try on things in store usually so I don't have to deal with returns) and it's taken about 2-3 weeks to get a refund.
I sent back a return on 4/4 and got the email that they received it on 4/20 today. It takes a much longer time now.
Update- finally got an email that my return from 3/20 was received and credited
