Update: my second Return was delivered to the return center- Nordstrom. The first package I mailed prior- still no updates since 3/30
Nordstrom Returns Delayed Recently?

The first package that was mailed out on 3/25- still no updates as of 3/30 which says “in transit”- is this normal?
It took 8 days for my package to deliver to Nordstrom. Here is a screenshot of my tracking status. 5 days is normal. I would check back in 3 days and see any updates.

Yes 8 days in transit. I checked my tracking again and all my Sparks scans happened on the 3rd. Then it took an extra 3 days to arrive to both Indiana and Iowa. Your package should have been in either of those 2 states by now. If it doesn't arrive to Cedar Rapids tomorrow, I would try contacting Nordstrom and see if they can track it down. It is weird it hasn't arrived yet, hopefully it's not lost.
It took over three weeks to finally get my return credited to my card yesterday.
I'm having the same thought process. I mailed in a return to Saks and Shopbop recently and it took 3 weeks to get the refund. :/ I think everyone is slammed.
I think we’re lucky we sent them in when we did. Recently I’ve seen banners/notices that some stores are not taking returns at this time, or have full-out stopped taking returns. What a mess.
now I’m starting to get worrried... when I contacted customer service, I was told it may take up to 14 business days for them to receive it. What happens if indeed lost in the mail?
When i last spoke to cs last night they said the average time is 10-14 days. But remember, all they have is online shipping and returns with a skeleton crew. My cs told me to wait a month.
I wouldn't worry too much - the return label/tracking number was issued with the invoice they included in the package, so I'd think they could trace it back to your original order number. And unless you have many returns going missing, Nordstrom CS is pretty good about lost/missing packages.
Update - I received an email today (4/10) that Nordstrom had received my return (despite tracking info showing that it had been received on 3/27). The credit has not yet been posted onto my account.
