Ohh! Good ol' KOP. :woohoo: Haha.. I used to love KoP when I was younger, but that Nordstroms doesn't have a great selection in the way of designer bags... although they hugely gone upscale in the last few years.. (anyone else from the PA area? :)?)

I was there yesterday - Sunday around 4:00 and they had two tables of high-end designer bags marked 40% off. They were obviously not advertising the extra 50% off they will do tomorrow (Tues) from 10-12. So people weren't really looking at the $1,000 plus bags. The mid-range bag tables were very crowded. I imagine that there will be many people going tomorrow to get that extra 50% off in person. The SAs said there have been lots of calls about the price match.

So I LOVE Nordstroms, I was somehow able to get on the saks site for about 5 min. I saw a really nice Hugo lambskin leather jacket for my hubby marked down to 238. 45 from 795!!! I looked on Nordstrom and they had it too for 795, so I called customer service and they matched it! It will be here next week!

I was just told the exact same thing. Must be exact item, exact size, exact color for them to price match it and saks must have it in stock. :cursing:

I found a LiveChat lady last night that told me she will pricematch my L.A.M.B. tote, even though it's in the mail on the way here.
I don't know how she's going to confirm the price, but I am anxious to see!

They did it!!!! They price matched the valentino histoire even though it was a different color. Saks had the violet one online and I got the blue for 70% off. They also price matched a chestnut chloe saskia for 70% off!

on a different note...this chaotic sale just taught me a valuable lesson. NOT to every buy anything full price. If Saks is willing to go down in price so much, and Nordies can price match at their will...AND you know they are still turning a profit...It's quite sickening how much money of ours goes to our obsession.

The King of Prussia Nordstroms was price matching only between 10-12 today. You also had to go in person. They would not do over the phone. They might give the extra 10% off after those hours but said they could only do the 50% for those two hours. I don't know why but it seems like every Nordstroms is doing it differently. Good luck!
