Sadly I know I wont be able to make it to my store on any Saturday, mostly because I'm lazy as hell and I now live 30 mins away, which is why I only go when I go to work since I work 5 mins away lol. In the grand scheme of things, 30 mins isnt that long BUT it's entirely on the highway which I try to avoid when possible, so I will do the online entry instead! So fun! I used to love the “find one of the 4 golden llamas” thing at World Market. I was like a beast… it became a joke in my family how skilled and laser focused I was at golden llama hunting. They’d turn me loose and I’d be back about 5 minutes later with a llama and we’d use the gift card prize right then to buy goodies. No llamas can hide from me. I wonder if this is where Nordstrom got the idea? And I wonder how many people are gonna touch those golden hangers before someone actually notices what it is.
Everyone report *immediately* if you find one!!
I had a pair of suede Aquatalia boots, and they were some of the best boots for rain, snow, and slush I have ever owned. They stayed waterproof and still looked nice through 3 or 4 Chicago winters, and I wore them frequently.Does anyone have experience with Bruno Magli? I have my eye on these. I’ve done a quick search online and the reviews I’m finding aren’t very favorable.
I’m also considering these Aquatalia boots. But I was hoping for a higher heel. Are they really waterproof? I live in Oregon and we get a LOT of rain.
Not the original person who asked, but thats great to hear. Ive always had my eye on aquatalia boots but I also worry about the suede getting all mucked up. I love the mocha shade, such a nice rich deep brown.I had a pair of suede Aquatalia boots, and they were some of the best boots for rain, snow, and slush I have ever owned. I have 74 items on my wishlist (several size duplicates though and many things I dont plan to buy now, but maybe if they make it to 70% off in the future), nothing sold out yet but I do see one pair of boots have 1 pair left (although they only started off with 2 pairs available lol...)I have about 60 items on my wishlist. So far only a $30 throw is sold out. How are everyone else’s wishlists looking?
Thank you! I have the chocolate pulled for me this morning. Yes to the Aquatalia boots! I also live in the PNW and have several pairs. Absolutely the best investment when you want to look good and keep feet dry 😄Does anyone have experience with Bruno Magli? Wow! Might be a sign to play the lottery today!Holy crap! I’ve already had 3 items ship!
Thank you for sharing!!!!Ok next…. Coats/jackets!!! Got to try a few on.
First, the Barbour hebrides jacket, this is the light sand colorway (all they had in store) tried it on for size to know what to grab in the winter moss color online. This is a UK size 12, US size 8. Fits perfect and as expected. There is a zipper closure and buttons.

Next I tried on the avec les filles pieced back leather bomber jacket. This is a size small, im normally a medium and it fits. Honestly I felt the dye job looked kinda cheap and I didnt think it was flattering on me. I had black in my wishlist but its being removed. Not a fan.

Annnnd I tried the Reiss Lucia coat in the blue! Honestly? Kinda love it lol, but only when left open in the front. Not a fan of it tied up because then I feel its like a bath robe. This is a UK size 12, US size 8. Fits true to size. I might buy it…. Maybe. Hrrrmmmmm
