I received the invitation. In order to attend I need to take a day off. Is it worth it? I am trying to avoid a sales pitch. But again I like to pick up my staff and get some freebies.
I’m thinking items and brands are missing too. I don’t see anything from The North Face which has been a staple in the sale as far back as I can remember. And this is the year I was planning on replacing the NF down coat I bought years ago.
I did get this Blanc Noir one ordered in the frenzy of the small window to place orders yesterday. It’s the only thing I ordered as I read everyone’s posts close to when they shut the website down and didn’t have my wishlist ready. Happy I snagged this one though and it shipped!
Im curious how the denim frieda joggers will fit compared to the black ones I got- I was debating between the two and settled on black! I don’t know that it’s worth taking a day off. Depends on how much vacation you accumulate per month I think. I accumulate a lot per month and it’s an annual tradition with my daughter and I, that said, for me, I am taking a day of vacation from work, but I don’t know that’s I’d recommend it for someone else.

Wish I would have paid more attention since the past two years they’ve sold out of things I really wanted days after I ordered them only to never come back in stock.Funny, I did notice the Add to Cart button during the glitch, but was so focused on creating a wish list, I kept scrolling past the dang button.Probably for the best because I'm not ready yet and am TRYING to be a good bunny and plan well this year (haw haw haw will still panic buy a thing or five).

Considering the AllSaints Dalby in black since my old Caslon hooded jacket is looking worn. But the Midnight Blue Elora looks nice so any modeling shots of that would be appreciated!
Ha. I did not notice that they had black in the big rush. I would’ve totally gotten black instead although I’m happy to try these. We must compare!
Second are the ribbed cargo Zella joggers. These are in the charcoal and this is the color I definitely would recommend.
And lastly, the mid rise kick out cropped jeans from Madewell. I like the mid rise, the sizing and the color. TTS for me (apple shape). Still deciding if I like the kick out part at the bottom. I’ll have to try it with some tennis shoes and a tee. I think it would look cute. I’m 5’8” and it’s definitely cropped so if you’re shorter, it just might be a great mini boot flair jean on you.
I have to say I really like the hot pink with the shoe. I don’t think my photos are doing it justice.

Are there freebies other than breakfast?My experience has been that my store will NOT have a lot of what’s featured online. I will always order online at 9pm (I live on the West Coast) and head into store in the morning. I still go in ahead of store opening, only because I love the freebies and food they have for us prior to store opening. It always feels like such a party. And this year will be special, I have my 17 year old daughter who loves her Mother again after the roughest two years of our lives as a family.
